# Fix Common Picbot WhatsApp Photo Sharing Issues

> Solve frequent Picbot problems: WhatsApp not connecting, photos not delivered to recipients, uploads failing, and trouble signing in to your account.

Most Picbot issues come from the WhatsApp connection, the photo files, or the recipient's number. Find your symptom below for the fix.

    Make sure your phone has an internet connection and WhatsApp is up to date, then try connecting again.
