# Advanced mode: more tools when you need them

> Turn on Advanced mode in Regplus to unlock extra tools like communications, team roles, approvals and conditional form questions.

**In short:** Regplus keeps the basics simple. Turn on **Advanced** when you want the more powerful tools. Leave it off for a straightforward event.

## What Advanced unlocks

* **Communications & Marketing** — custom emails, WhatsApp and tracking links.
* **Team roles** — let colleagues help run the event.
* **Approvals & domain limits** — control who gets a place.
* **Conditional form questions** — show questions only when they apply.
* **Partial registration & private tickets** — let guests finish later, or sell hidden tickets.

## Turn it on

**1. Open Event settings**

Go to **Event settings** and switch on **Advanced**.
