# Approvals, limits & waitlists

> Review registrations before you confirm them, cap how many people can register, limit sign-ups to certain email domains, and let guests finish later.

**In short:** You can control who gets a place and how many. Review each sign-up, set a capacity, or limit sign-ups to certain email domains.

## Approve each registration

Turn on **approval** for a ticket type so each sign-up waits for your yes before it's confirmed. Review them from the **Guests** list and approve or decline.

## Set a capacity

Give a ticket type a limit so it stops taking sign-ups once it's full. Guests see it as sold out.

## Limit by email domain

Allow only certain email domains (for example only work emails ending in your company's domain), or block some. This keeps sign-ups to the right audience.

## Let guests finish later

With partial registration, a guest can enter their details now and complete the rest later, without losing their place.

> If you use approval, guests aren't confirmed until you approve them. Tell them to expect a wait so they don't sign up twice.
