# Let guests download their badge

> Let attendees fetch their own mobile badge instead of emailing each one, with a quick identity check.

**In short:** Instead of emailing every badge, let guests fetch their own mobile badge (M-Badge). They prove who they are with two details, then download it.

## Turn it on

Go to **Marketing → Download M-Badge** and switch it on. The setup options appear below.

> [!NOTE]
>
> ![The Download M-Badge tab with the authorisation fields and sharing channels](https://mintcdn.com/dreamcast-4085c99b/_o5Se_NeT7nv_9IS/images/regplus-mbadge-download.jpg?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=_o5Se_NeT7nv_9IS\&q=85\&s=c3a1eb8d0cdbb622f2c129357075e8b0)

## Set the identity check

Under **Authorisation combination**, choose the **two details** a guest must enter to prove it's them before their badge downloads — for example their email and phone number. This stops someone pulling another guest's badge.

## Choose how guests reach it

Turn on any of these ways for guests to get to their badge:

* **On the landing page** — shows a *download your badge* option on your public event page.
* **Direct URL** — a link you can share anywhere; guests open it and download.
* **QR code** — a code guests can scan to reach the download page.

Click **Save changes** when you're done.

> [!NOTE]
>
> Only guests who pass the identity check can download a badge, so it's safe to share the link or QR code publicly.
