# Export your data

> Download your Regplus registrant list and reports as a file so you can share them or work on them outside Regplus.

**In short:** You can download your guest list and reports as a file to share with your team or open in a spreadsheet.

## Download a report

**1. Open Insight**

Go to **Insight** for your reports and registrant data.

**2. Export**

Use **Export** or **Download** to save the data as a file. Your files appear under **Downloads**.
