# How to let guests add your event to their calendar

> Guests can add your Regplus event to their own calendar from the confirmation, so they remember the date, time and venue.

**In short:** After a guest registers, they can add your event to their own calendar in one tap. This helps more of them actually turn up.

## How it works

On the confirmation they see after signing up, guests get an **Add to Calendar** option. It saves your event's date, time and venue to their calendar.

## Your part

There's nothing to switch on. Just keep your **date, time and venue** correct in **Event Details**, because that's exactly what gets added to the guest's calendar.

> If you change the date or venue after guests have registered, send them an update too — their earlier calendar entry won't change on its own. See [Emails & WhatsApp](/regplus/emails-whatsapp).
