# Read your financial report

> See orders, revenue and sales broken down by ticket type.

The **Financial** report under **Insight** gives you a real-time picture of how your event is selling. Open **Insight → Financial** to see it.

## Quick Stats

The cards at the top give you the headline numbers at a glance:

* **Total Free Orders** and **Total Paid Orders** — how many orders of each kind you've received.
* **Pending Payments** — orders where payment hasn't gone through yet.
* **Total Revenue (INR)** and **Total Revenue (USD)** — money collected, split by currency.
* **Cancelled Registrations** — how many registrations were cancelled.

Click **Check details** on any card to drill into the orders behind the number.

## Sales Summary

Below the stats, the **Sales Summary** table breaks your orders and sales down by ticket type. For each ticket type you can see orders and sales split across channels — online, on-ground, third party and invited — so you can tell where your registrations are coming from.

## Filter by date

Use the date range at the top and click **Apply Filter** to see the numbers for a specific period. Use the refresh icon to pull the latest figures.

> Use **Download Option** on the Sales Summary to export the figures, and **Magic Link** to share a live view of the report with someone who doesn't have backend access.
