# Schedule reports by email

> Get event insight reports emailed to you and your team automatically.

Instead of opening the dashboard every day, you can have regplus email your reports to you on a schedule. Open **Insight → Schedule Report** and click **Schedule New**.

## Set up a scheduled report

1. **Select Report** — choose which report you want sent (for example your financial or attendee report).
2. **Schedule** — pick **Daily** to receive it every day, or **Custom** to set your own pattern.
3. **Repetition** — choose how often it should repeat.
4. **Date** and **Time** — set when the report should start going out and at what time of day.
5. **Recipient Details** — add the email addresses it should go **To**, and anyone to **CC**. Separate multiple addresses with a comma.
6. Click **Schedule Now**.

From then on, the report lands in those inboxes automatically at the interval you set, with no need to log in.

> Add your finance or leadership team to the CC field so they get the numbers directly, without needing backend access.
