The confirmation message
When someone registers, Regplus sends them a confirmation with their ticket or registration details. From Communications, you can edit what it says and add your own note.
Reminders before the event
Turn on reminders so guests get a nudge before the event day, with the date, time and venue. This helps more of them actually turn up.Keep your event date and venue up to date in Event Details. Reminders use those details, so wrong details go out to every guest.
